About this tournament
2 rounds of play
This is a fundraiser tournament to help my Aunt, Sherine Grody, who has been recently diagnosed with Stage 4 Glioblastoma. This unfortunately is the only incurable brain cancer; she has had 3 brain surgeries so far and started radiation and chemo on July 5th. All proceeds will aid in her medical costs and lost income.
This event will be 2 rounds on the log lake disc golf course.
8:00-9:00 am – Player check-in
9:00 am – Players meeting
9:30 am – First round tee off
The second round will start an hour after the last card comes in.
Prizes and raffle drawing after the second round.
Lunch will be provided. BC Pizza Has donated lunch for the tournament.
All Players will get a Benefit T-shirt and bracelet as the player's pack. To ensure you get the correct shirt size you will need to be signed up by at least Aug 10th. If you sign up after that I can’t promise we will have your size but you will still get a shirt.
$35 per person for all divisions
$5 additional per player for the ace pool. Since this is a fundraiser if there are no aces the pool would go towards the cause.
$5 additional per player for the 50/50 CTP contest. This is the only cash CTP. There will be tons of other CTPs and games for everyone to play.
Payout of 50/50 for the open division. Trophies for the winners of all divisions. Looking to get some gift packs for the top 3 in all am divisions based on the donations received.
There will also be a raffle for a lot of great prizes. Signed discs, custom dyed discs, apparel, and so much more!! So bring extra cash!
Will also be doing a 50/50 Ticket drawing.
