This is a 1 round, flex start tournament with options for a PDGA sanctioned singles C Tier and unsanctioned doubles.


Flex Start Procedure
Players may tee anytime between 8:30am-3:00pm. You must have 3 players in your group to begin play. There may be no more than 5 players in a group. If you do not have a group then we will find you one at the course.


The Tiger Open A-Tier
This event is a fundraiser for the Tiger Open A-Tier this summer! Our team is so excited to be hosting our first ever event of such scale! A portion of entry fees from this flex start will be contributed to the added cash for the pro divisions at the Tiger Open. Stay tuned for more details coming soo and mark your calendars for June 27-29!


Registration & CTP's
Registration can be done online or on site. Online Preregistration is preferred and will enter you to participate in 4 Closest-To-The-Pin challenges if done by 8:00pm the evening before the event! We accept cash, card, and Venmo on site for registration.


With the change in how payment is collected, anyone who registers early and does not attend the event will ineligible to compete for CTP's at future events.


Course Layouts
21 Holes - Red Tees to Short Baskets with Exceptions
- Hole 3 will play to the Long (island) Basket
- Hole 8 Players will play to the Long Basket
- Hole 16 Players will throw from the Blue Tee

Singles Entry Breakdown
Entry is $25. $3 covers Park fees, $3 to PDGA Fees. $5 will go to the Tiger Open. $14 of each entry will go into the payout purse for the event. (See below for more details)


Doubles
We are hosting an additional Flex Start Doubles event in conjunction with this one. Doubles is unsanctioned and we offer Pro and Am divisions,

When registering for doubles, please make a single registration for your team. Under the "Name" line item put both players names. Doubles has its own ace pot.

Doubles entry is $40 per team with $25 going to payout.

Doubles team will keep score through a UDisc event. Payout will be awarded to the top 1/3rd of each division. Pros will pay out in cash and ams will earn store credit.


Ace Pot
There will be an optional $5 ace pot entry. The Disc Golf Dojo rolling ace pots will be in play. The singles ace pot will play for $1000!!! Doubles will play for $500!! If no aces are hit then the collect ace pot entries will be added to the rolling ace pot and in play at our next North Texas Flex Start event, later this year.


Payment Collection
THIS IS NOT A $0 ENTRY EVENT!

We are trying something new in an effort to save players the fees associated with payment through Disc Golf Scene. All players will pay their entry fees at the course before they begin play. We accept payments in cash, card, Venmo, and Paypal. Please do not attempt to send funds digitally until you are at the course and check in at tournament central.


*Awards and Payout
There will be no trophies for this event.

$14 of each entry fee is collected for the purse for this event. Payout will be awarded to the top 45% of each Am division using the PDGA payout scale. Pro divisions will be paid in cash or digitally after the event to the top 40%. Amateur players will win a merchandise credit to The Disc Golf Dojo pro-shop.

Payout will be available and published to Disc Golf Scene once all players have completed their rounds and after 3pm. Payout can be redeemed the day of the event, at our Clubhouse, or at any future Disc Golf Dojo event. Follow us on Disc Golf Scene and get notified where we are each weekend.

Am payout will expire 2 years after the date it is awarded. Store credit expiration is subject to change with the launch of our online store later this year. Players will be notified of any changes via email sent to the email address that they register with.

The Disc Golf Dojo is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
