About this tournament

Welcome to the White Tail Run III - Still Running.
This is a PDGA C-Tier Event, playing 2 rounds of 18 holes.
There will be drink specials in the winery (they have options besides wine).
Round 1 hole assignments will be posted the day before the event by 6 pm. However, please check hole assignments 30 minutes before tee off to confirm there have been no changes.
In-person player's meeting at 9:00 am.

PAYOUTS:
All Amateur payouts will be fulfilled with merchandise from UnderPar Apparel Company and will be available on-site the day of the event or through www.underparapparelcompany.com. All UnderPar credits/payouts are valid for 1 calendar year from the date of issuance. Choose from 100s of items onsite, including discs, bags, clothing, accessories, and more!
All Amateurs will receive a White Tail Run Disc Golf Disc as a player's package.
All Pro Payouts will be done via PayPal Goods and Services (winner pays any associated fees).
Fees: $10 Green Fee, $3 PDGA, $3 Admin

Any cancellations prior to October 18 will receive their entry fee back, minus a $10.00 Handling Fee and the DG Scene fee.
Players who request to withdraw from the event on or after October 18 will forfeit 100% of their entry fee. No Call, No Shows on the day of the event, for any reason, forfeit their entry fee and players' package, if applicable.
All refund requests must be made through DG Scene or through the email confirmation you receive upon registration.
