Boot Sale
Well, not really but if you were in the UK, that's what they would call our Swap/Sell/Trade event!
In the paved parking lot, adjacent to Tournament Central, we have space reserved for you to park your vehicle, drop the tailgate, pop the trunk, open the hatch...whatever it is you need to do to make it happen. Bring those discs you no longer want, are willing to trade or think someone might pay you for and let the fun begin!
Be sure to have a friend with you so to help out so you can wander and check out other people's boots ;)

Fairway Forward Fundraiser Doubles presented by MVP
This is an opportunity for players to have some Friday night fun with the chance to win amazing prizes all while raising money for the Junior Fall Classic, a tournament held in Kamloops in October that is FREE to play and open to any skill level of junior player!

Doomsday Tour & Innova Skills Competition
Dennis Greffard will be hosting this event on the soccer pitches across from Tournament Central.
Players will get to test their distance, accuracy and putting skills against those in their division.

About this tournament
THIS IS A 3 DAY TOURNAMENT
All Divisions will play Friday, Saturday and Sunday
AMATEUR & JUNIOR PLAYERS
This is a Trophy Only event for all Amateur & Junior Divisions
There are no payouts or prizing.
COURSES IN PLAY
Rose Hill and Mac Island are currently the two courses in play

Feb 9 Women, Junior and all Masters 50+
Feb 16 General Registration
Ensure you use a CURRENT EMAIL ADDRESS when registering!
All updates, your welcome letter, and for Pros, your payouts, will be sent via the email address used.
PASS THROUGH FEES
Your Entry Fee will include the following Pass Through Fees:
$5 PDGA Player fee
$4 TD Fee
$15 Green Fee
WAITLIST
The tournament is capped at 300 players
There is a NON-REFUNDABLE $10 fee to be waitlisted
If you make it into the event, this fee will be put against what you owe for registration.
If you do not pay your registration within 24 hours of being notified, your name will be removed from the tournament, and we will move onto the next player.
REGISTRATION CLOSES MAY 10
At this time all divisions, with the exception of the underserved, with less than 3 players will be collapsed. We will contact affected players and offer them the option to move divisions or receive a full refund minus the $10 processing fee.
AS PER PDGA GUIDELINES, withdraws will be dealt with as follows:
Players must EMAIL or PHONE their withdrawals to the Tournament Director only at the contact information posted for the tournament. Discussions with persons other than the Tournament Director, including other tournament staff, shall not be considered official.
Withdraw prior to May 13
All players will receive a full refund of their entry fee, minus a $10 processing fee.
Withdraw from May 13 - May 28
All Registrants will receive a full refund of their entry fee, minus a $10 processing fee, ONLY if their spot is filled by a waitlisted registrant.
PROS: If her/his spot is NOT filled by a waitlisted registrant, they will receive a 50% refund of the entry fee minus the $10 processing fee.
AMS: If her/his spot is NOT filled by a waitlisted registrant, they will receive their player pack
Withdraw from May 29 onwards
All Registrants will receive a full refund of their entry fee, minus a $10 processing fee, ONLY if their spot is filled by a waitlisted registrant.
PROS: If her/his spot is NOT filled by a waitlisted registrant, they will receive a 25% refund of the entry fee minus the $10 processing fee.
AMS: If her/his spot is NOT filled by a waitlisted registrant, they will receive their player pack
PLAYERS WHO FAIL TO OFFICIALLY WITHDRAW OR ARE A NO SHOW
NO REFUND OR PLAYER PACK WILL BE PROVIDED
PLAYERS MEETING
There will be no in-person players meeting. Caddy Book will be linked to this page as well as on our club website. A link will be sent via email, closer to the event
