-There is a one-hour lunch break after the last card comes in from round 1.
-Round 2 starts after the lunch break.
-Awards Ceremony will begin after all round 2 cards have been finalized.

Ace Pool $5.00 (Optional): If no ace is hit during either round a 50/50 CTP on hole 14 will determine the ace pool winner. 50% to the player and 50% to the 2023 Thaw Out, Throw Down.
22 Spots will be open for early bird registration for $10 extra on Oct 29th at 7pm. General Registration will open Nov 4th.
PDGA Live scoring will be used for this event. PDGA also has an App now!

A second method for scoring is needed and players can both use PDGA live or Udisc.
1st place ties: A sudden death playoff will occur using holes
All Open division payouts will be digital via PayPal. All Amateur payouts will be handled by Bang A Chain 45% of AM divisions will receive payout. Bang A Chain will be on-site!

Refund policy
Derby City Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds and cancellations. This event will use PDGA rule 1.03 for all Withdrawals and Refunds. The Waitlist will be $5 that will be non refundable unless it goes to your divisional fees.
