About this tournament

The Studey Showdown is a PDGA C-Tier singles event. Two rounds of 18 holes at Studebaker Golf Course in South Bend, IN.
Huge thank you to Studebaker Golf Course and the City of South Bend Venues, Parks, and Arts for their support! This will be the first ever disc golf tournament at the Studebaker Golf Course!
Both rounds will be played on an 18 hole temporary course being set up on the Studebaker Golf Course property.
We will be using PDGA Live scoring for this event.
Each group will also have access to paper scorecards as a backup to the digital application.
PLAYERS PACK FOR EVERY REGISTERED AM PLAYER
Players pack will included one tournament stamped Discraft disc.

PDGA/GREEN FEES - $10
Payout - $40 (per player)

PAYOUTS
Pro Divisions - Cash payout in accordance with PDGA guidelines. Trophy for top 3 finishers.

Optional Ace Fund
Spots will be moved around as we get closer to the event. If your division is filled up get on the wait list, there is a good possibility that a spot will open up. Division spots will be moved and opened at the TD's discretion.
Divisions must have at least 3 players. Players will be adjusted if this criteria is not meet.
Players are expected to be on their assigned tee for the start of the second round 60 minutes after the completion of the first round.
No cashless registration. No walk-ups.
Refund policy:
Studebaker Golf Course is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Players who officially request to withdraw prior to June 26th, 2025 will receive a 100% cash refund minus a $5 handling fee.
Players who officially request to withdraw between September 25th and November 13th, 2025 will receive a 100% cash refund minus a $5 handling fee ONLY if there spot can be filled from the waitlist. If the player's spot is NOT filled through the waitlist the player will receive a 50% cash refund.
Players who officially request to withdraw from the event between November 14th and November 15th, 2025 will receive a 100% cash refund minus a $5 fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through the waitlist. If the player's spot is NOT filled, we will provide a 25% cash refund.
Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from playing in the event, do not show up for the event, or try to withdraw after November 15th, 2025 forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player pack. Rounds and divisions are set using the registration list as of this date, so there are no exceptions to this rule. If you have questions please contact the tournament director.
