2 Rounds of 18 Holes, Shotgun start. Taking place on both courses at Barnett Park

“Yes indeed we are playing and the course is very wet. Bring extra socks and towels.
As per Brennans email we are playing a hybrid course, the hole guide is attached to this email as a .pdf
PLAYER MEETING 8:50
We WILL be having a player meeting at 8:50 tomorrow at Tournament Headquarters.
Please try and attend, we will be going over course and event specifics that have changed over the past few days.
The park opens officially at 8:00AM. The neighborhood entrance off Pine Hills road is typically open before that.
On arrival please check in, we are hosting an ACE fund so pay in if not already online
All Amateur players receive a player pack including $15 in Orlando Club merch.
We will have discs ($10) along with event items from past events ($5-$10) players are able to pick their items before the player meeting or during the break.
Between rounds we will be taking a one hour break, the Orlando Club will be grilling hamburgers and hot dogs (Free) and hosting some side games for prizes ($1 per entry)
We encourage everyone to hang out and enjoy the community. Disc sellers and traders are welcome to set up a box or table too.
EVENT MERCH
We got some super cool hats and towels and a batch of the most unique trophies around for this event.
And as expected Milton has delayed the delivery of them all. Fingers crossed that tomorrow is the day and everything will be at the park.
HOLE ASSIGNMENTS
We will be posting hole assignments tonight. There is a possibility they will change before tomorrow.
If we have drops we will try and pull people off the waitlist, this can be very chaotic and change hole assignments across divisions.
Make sure to check again in the morning on the PDGA website or App.

Orlando was spared much of the extreme weather that other counties in Florida experienced. If you are deciding whether to travel be assured we have gas stations and fast food/restaurants and grocery stores open. Also please share this email with any players you know who may not have power or ready access to the internet. Thank you.

WEATHER STATEMENT
Tournament management is actively following the development of Hurricane Milton as it approaches the Florida coast. Most models show the storm passing well before our event on Saturday. On Friday we will be assessing the courses for safety issues, it is possible pin/pad positions will need changes.
We do not expect the weather to cause us to postpone this year's event. If we find on Friday, the course is unplayable or on Saturday the weather is still dangerous our reschedule date will be 10/26 or 10/27. If this becomes the case we will communicate through email, Facebook, and on the DiscGolfScene event page.

If no Ace is hit during the 2 rounds or playoffs we will be hosting a throw off after the second round. Must be present to participate.
To open/keep a division will require 3 players. A specific number of spots will be available by division until approximately October 1st (subject to change), at which point available slots may be distributed to other divisions. Non-offered division have the choice to switch to another division in which they are eligible or receive a full refund.

Refund policy
Orlando Disc Golf is responsible for all withdrawals and refunds. Full refunds (minus $5 processing fee) will be given until registration closes on October 10th at 10:00 PM. Withdrawals on Oct 11th will be refunded at 50% or select option to receive the players pack - which can be picked up during the event. Day of cancellations and no-shows will forfeit registration fee. To withdraw, you can change your registration on discgolfscene.com or by contacting the Tournament Director.
