Schedule:
Saturday, November 18 - Everyone plays one round at Mary Moore and Circle C (Shorts) - shotgun start at each course
Sunday, November 19 - Assigned tee times at Circle C

Layouts:
Saturday - Mary Moore (Main) and Circle C Shorts (all divisions will play short tees)
Sunday - MPO/MP40/MP50/MA1 - Longs, All other divisions - shorts

disclaimer - if there is significant rain the week before the event, we will not play Mary Moore Searight due to mud.

Fee Breakdown - the listed registration fee is all inclusive, there are no additional fees for the event besides the Ace Pot (optional $5 at registration):
$90/amateur and $100/pro:
-$3 PDGA Fee
-$1 EDGE Donation
-$1 HOTT Tour Fee
-$10 Admin fee (Water/snacks, toilets, professional photography)
-$5 Trophy Fee (Bogey Free Club Custom Trophies)
-$10 Course Fees

Amateur Payout - $20/player in credit to on site payout
Pro Payout - $70/player via PayPal. $750 cash will be added to the Pro Divisions.

Player Packs - All amateurs will receive a player pack valued at approximately $60. The player pack includes:

- Tournament Stamped MINT Disc
- Leather Patch with Tournament Stamp created by LZR Prints
- Goose Promotions Towel
- Bag of Big Country Beef Jerky

Trophies - The top 2 players in each division will receive custom trophies from Bogey Free Club.

Ace Pot starts at $240!

Vendors - We will have a "vendor village" set up at the warm-up area at Circle C. If you are interested in vending, you can register online via Disc Golf Scene or by messaging Jacob. Vendor fees are $50/day in cash or $100/day in merchandise (retail value).

Refund Policy:
Players will receive a 100% refund up to 48 hours before the event if a withdrawal is requested.
Players will receive a 25% refund up to 24 hours before the event if a withdrawal is requested and their spot can be filled via the waitlist.
