About this tournament

The Shootout at Jackson Hole is back for its second year! Join us at the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort after summer operations have ceased and the course is in its best condition of the year for an epic tournament on the 18 hole championship level mountain course. Be prepared for epic views, huge throws, and serious hiking as we play two rounds in one day for this C-Tier PDGA sanctioned tournament.
The layouts will differ slightly by divisions this year. MPO, FPO, MA1, MA2, and MA40 will play the same layout as last year - 18 holes, Par 62, 7,156' (https://udisc.com/courses/jackson-hole-mountain-resort-W9cy/layouts/108808/caddie-book). FA1, FA2, MA3, FA3, FA40, MA50, and FA50 will play a modified layout which keeps all of the epic downhill throws of the normal layout, but offers some relief on the uphill holes via different tee pads and pars - 18 holes, Par 62, 6,443' (https://udisc.com/courses/jackson-hole-mountain-resort-W9cy/layouts/143230/caddie-book)
New for this year - we will be offering a cold lunch sandwich to accommodate a quicker break in between rounds.
100% of Open fees will go towards payouts. Amateur divisions will receive a $30 gift card to ThroWyo (throwyo.com) as the player pack in addition to $20 of the entry fee going towards the amateur payouts which will also be gift cards to ThroWyo for a total of $50 of value for every amateur entry! Female and Junior amateur divisions will receive a discounted entry fee and the same payouts/benefits to encourage more women and juniors to play!
The first annual Oktoberfest will take place the same day from 12:00pm to 8pm at the village commons (just below tournament HQ). Players and their guests are offered a 20% discount to enjoy the festival following tournament play! Details on the tickets can be found here: https://tetonvillagewy.gov/visitors/oktoberfest/. Oktoberfest promo code will be included with tournament registration confirmation details.
