About this tournament
2 rounds of play
This was the first ever PDGA Sanctioned event at HV Griffin. It's hosted by the Shelbyville Disc Golf Club.
This will be 2 round of 18 holes with 2 pools. A Pool will play red baskets and long tees. B Pool will play grey baskets where possible with standard tees.
Pay outs for Ams will be through a local vendor on site.. Cash payouts for Open.
A Pool: MPO, FPO, MP40, MP50,MA1, MA2, MA40, MA50
Plays Red Baskets. Alternate Tee Pads on Holes 11, and 13
B Pool: MA3, MA40, FP40 FP50,FA40, FA50, FA1, FA2, FA3 MA60+
Plays all original tee pads
Grey baskets will be in use for this pool on holes 2,5,6,7,9,15,17, and 18.
Both pools will play on the same course. They will just have differing baskets and tees where possible.
AM Divisions Entry fee breakdown:
- $12 (Winter Weather Neck Gaiter, Hot Chocolate, Hot Hands)
- $3 PDGA Fee
- $10 to Club/Course Fees
- $10 payouts
- Optional $5 ace pot. If not hit there will be a throw off and half goes to the club
CHECK-IN:
Day of check in will be available from 7am - 8:45am at HV Griffin Park.
All competitors should be at their respective starting holes no later than 5 minutes before the start of each round.
There is an Optional $5 ace pot.
This event will use Live Scoring.

Official withdrawals must be submitted through Disc Golf Scene.
Entries cannot be exchanged/transferred to anyone else.
Player packs will not be received if you are not physically able to check in.
Competitors cannot pick up player packs for anyone else.
Player packs will not be given to anyone who withdraws.
Refund policy
Shelbyville Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
Waitlist competitors who do not get into the event will receive a 100% refund, minus discgolfscene fees.
Withdrawal before 01/24/2024 will receive a full refund minus discgolfscene fees.
Withdrawal after 01/24/2024 will receive 50% refund. Any withdrawals after 01/20/2024 will receive 50% refund only if position is filled by a competitor from the waitlist
Any competitor who fails to officially withdraw receives NO refund and NO competitor pack
