From each entry, the following will be deducted:

$2 to facilities on-site
Each Amateur will receive a tournament stamped disc!

The Brattleboro Rotary is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
Within 14 days of the event, refund requests will only receive 25% of the entry fee (if there are no waitlisted players).
No refunds will be given within 48 hours of event start.
