    Early Am Jam Check In Available Starting Tuesday At Disc Giant! Come in any time this week to collect your players packs. Collecting it ahead of time will make for a smoother morning the day of competition with one less thing to occupy your thoughts. The more you can focus on your round, the better you'll do - and we want to see it! This will also give you a chance to fill out your raffle tickets and not feel rushed if reserved them at registration ⚡

    Early check in at the Disc Giant Super store (3977 S McCarran Blvd, Reno next Juicy's). Come grab all your players pack goodies and make your Saturday morning start a little smoother. We also have the largest inventory in Nevada if there's anything you might need for your adventure this weekend.

    Player check in - Check the PDGA Event Page (next to your name there) where you will see WHICH COURSE YOU START ON. PLAYERS PACKS that were not collected at the early check in Friday at Disc Giant will be available for pick up AT THE RANCH.

    9:00am - 12:30pm

    TEE OFF 9:00am sharp - make sure you are at your starting hole. Groups will listen for “2 minutes” at 8:58 and “START” at 9:00 when play will commence.

    PLAYER POOL 1 - will start at the Ranch.

    PLAYER POOL 2 - will start at MAYORS.

    1:45pm - 5:30pm

    SWITCH COURSES

    TEE OFF 1:45pm sharp - make sure you are at your starting hole. Groups will listen for “2 minutes” at 1:43 and “START” at 1:45 when play will commence.

    PLAYER POOL 2 - will play their second round at the Ranch.

    PLAYER POOL 1 - will play their second round at MAYORS.

    5:45pm - 6:15pm

    APPROX START TIME - BIG BAD RAFFLE. The BBR will be held at the RANCH and broadcast live on the Reno Disc Gofers Facebook Page. Be there to collect your prizes live OR collect them day 2 at Lizard.

    TEE TIMES START AT 8am. for round 2 at LIZARD PEAK. Trophies and am script payout will be awarded as divisions finish and their results have been finalized on the PDGA Event Page from the live online scoring.

About this tournament

TENTATIVE SCHEDULE: Friday - pre event: early check in available at the Disc Giant Super Store in Reno (come grab your players pack goodies and make your Saturday morning start a little smoother). Saturday, Day 1 - check ins (if you didn't make early check in) followed by shotgun starts: 19 holes at the Ranch, 23 holes at Mayors (playing reds plus the addition of hole 18b!). Some divisions WILL start at the Ranch, some at Mayors, rotate after 1st round. Day 2 will be 20 shorter holes at Lizard (lower reds, go from hole 7 to hole 18, upper 9 in shorter positions) followed by payouts. Awards for each division as divisions finish. Players packs will be sweet, after those and other event expenses, remaining payout will be to 40% of the field in Disc Giant script. Disc Giant WILL have some Merch available at Lizard at time of finish to trade your script for if you are from out of town and unable to come to the shop after the event to get choice of the full inventory.

Refund policy

MUST READ PRIOR TO REGISTERING: Cancellation requests received on or before May 14 receive full refund. Cancellations received after May 14th will be subject to the rules outlined in the PDGA Competition Manual 1.03 (ams will be receiving the player pack that was purchased for them in lieu of refund). Again- there will be no refunds after May 14th. Skot Meyer is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
