    9:30am - 5:00pm

    Firstly the players meeting will take place at 9:30AM from basket 13, beside the main reception area.

    Players packs will be available for collection from there. In this you will get a quality disc golf towel, a mini disc and bottle of water.
    The caddy book will be sent out via email and I'll also put it in the Quaich tour players chat on saturday the day before the tournament.

    Round 1 will be a shotgun start at 10AM, check the pdga event page to see which hole you are starting on.

    We will break for lunch around 1PM. There is a campers kitchen with facilities that you can use to store or prepare your lunch. Toilets are available near here.

    Round 2 will also be a shotgun start beginning at 2PM, this will be sorted by division. So again check the pdga event page to see which hole you are starting on.

    Lastly we will be doing our prize giving in the car park beside the campers kitchen. This is usually about 5PM

About this tournament

2 rounds of play
The 2024 Perthshire Open will be a one day event held on Sunday the 4th of August at the very beautiful Loch Tay Highland Lodges.

We will be playing 2 rounds of the 18 hole lay out. Both rounds will be a shotgun start with the second round being sorted by division. Any play offs will be settled on hole 13 (unlucky for some).

Some holes of the course, (mostly on the back 9) are situated among different types of self catering holiday homes (wigwams, glamping pods, lodges).
I ask to always give right of way to any site occupants if encountered while playing.

Loch Tay is a beautiful course with lots of great holes but I must inform you and recommend that you wear footwear that gives you as much grip as possible, as all of the tees are grass and some can be slippy if the weather has been bad. Having the right footwear for these situations will help you throw with confidence.

The Perthshire Open has been one of the staples of the Quaich Tour for many years and I look forward to seeing the talent on the tour battle it out at one of Scotland's most scenic and beautiful courses.
