Minimum $1500 added cash to the Pros

Players packs for the first 48 ams signed up.
Tournament shirt, 2 disc, and a club Beanie.
Please sign up by Nov. 3rd to guarantee shirt size.

Entry fees breakdown:

Pro entry fee $75
$9 for PDGA, Course, and Club fees
$66 to payout

Am's breakdown:
$22 go towards players pack (valued at $70)
$9 for PDGA, Course, and Club fees
the rest to payout.

Refund policy

Play It Again Sports, Fort Smith is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.

Before November 9th: Full refund minus PayPal fees.

Before November 16th: 50% refund minus PayPal fees unless someone is on the waitlist. (then 100% refund)

Between November 16th and November 21st: 25% refund minus PayPal fees unless someone is on the waitlist. (then 100% refund)

After November 21st at 8:00 PM: No refund.
