This one-day event marks a milestone for Oakwood Lake Disc Golf Park as we host the first PDGA-sanctioned tournament and the first official PDGA-rated rounds ever played on the course.
Whether you're chasing a win, improving your rating, or simply want to say you were there from the beginning, this is your opportunity to be part of Oakwood's history.
Over the past several years, countless hours have been invested by volunteers, the Walzy Disc Golf League, Oxford Township, and our supporters to improve and revitalize the course. The Inaugural Oakwood Open celebrates those efforts while establishing what we hope becomes a long-standing annual tradition.
Come compete, make history, and help us write the first chapter of Oakwood's competitive legacy.

1-Day PDGA Sanctioned Event
2 Rounds of 18 Holes
Player Pack
Amateur Players
Every amateur player will receive a player pack featuring a Climate Disc 3D-printed PDGA-approved Igloo putt & approach disc.
Professional Players
Pros will have the opportunity to purchase an Igloo disc at a discounted price during check-in.
Pass-Through Fees
$3 – PDGA Fee
$2 – Park Fee
Optional Side Games & Extras
$5 – Ace Pool
$5 – 50/50 Raffle (tickets sold on-site)
$5 Suggested Donation – Lunch (includes a hot dog, chips, and a beverage)
All Payouts will be handle by Cedar sunset & Walzy disc golf in person
