The Intown Atlanta Invitational is set for Saturday December 13, 2026 at DeKalb Memorial Park with the first rounds starting around 8AM.  This is the third year of this end-of-season match-play invitational.  As a 2025 annual member of the Intown Atlanta Disc Golf Club, your entry fee has already been paid for and this is part of your annual membership benefits.  If you are a "Bag-Tag Only" Member, you will be required to pay $15 to play. It will be set up as a normal single elimination match play bracket event with your bag tag acting as your seed in the bracket.  There are currently 99 eligible members that will receive an invitation on Disc Golf Scene (DGS), so this could have multiple early elimination rounds to narrow the bracket down to 64 players. Each round will eliminate half of the participants until the Final Pairing is grouped together. The winner will receive the Top Cash Prize, the annual trophy and #1 bag-tag for 2025. Bag-tags will be redistributed at the end of play based upon your finish. (For redistribution purposes only, there will be a points system for those eliminated in the same round, based upon how many holes you won throughout the tournament (1 point per hole win. 1/2 point per hole push. 0 points per hole loss.) If you are still tied with others, just like in league play, whoever came in with the better tag #, leaves with the better tag #)

Wednesday, December 10th at 8PM EST, will be the last day that you can register for the club, register for the tournament and update your bag-tag # on DGS. The cutoff to be eligible for the Invitational is also December 10th at 8PM EST. You are responsible for your own bag-tag and bag-tag # updates on the tournament DGS page.

There are four requirements for you to continue to be eligible without any exceptions:

1. You must be an annual member of the Intown Atlanta Disc Golf Club.
2. You must fill in your correct bag-tag # when you register.
3. You must have your matching bag-tag with you when you check in on Saturday, Dec
13, 2025. (If not you will forfeit your match)
4. You must be a current Annual Member before December 9, 2025 at 11:59PM.

If you don't meet all four requirements, you will not be entered into the bracket, no exceptions.   If you have lost your 2025 bag-tag and would like to purchase a new one, they are $20. Please contact the President or Vice President of the club to purchase before the December 10, 2025 cutoff at 8PM EST. If you miss this cutoff, no exceptions will be made.
