About this tournament
2 rounds of play
A bits changed at Ascot since we last held a sanctioned event. Let's put the new long and short layouts to good use this June as we hunt birds on mass. Gobble gobble.
$2 optional ace kitty as always, and for this one cash prizes for the most turkeys (3 or more consecutive birds) in a round, and the biggest turkey (most consecutive birdies) on both layouts throughout the day.
MPO, MA1,FA1, MA2, MA40, MA50, and Mj18 will play longer layout, all others will play shorts. TD reserves right to adjust divisions and or move players to other divisions he chooses.
Course will be both standard layouts, lunch is BYO, NZDG Tour 50pt, 2 round PDGA C teir on shotgun starts. The hunt is on.
Right, for clarification,
I will treat all scorecards as circular to combat the shotgun start. If you start on 9, birdy 9&10, then not 11, but bird 8 to finish, the 8,9,10 birds will be recorded as a turkey.
If you have a streak of 6 birds, that will count as one turkey also.
At the end of the round you will report your hunting tropies to hq. We will record the number of turkeys and the size of your largest turkey. If they aren't recorded they don't count!
