Join us for the 1st Annual BYOP tournament at Clearfork Reservoir; The Fellowship of the Chains.
Course
Newly (semi) re-designed Clearfork Reservoir! 21-holes that include 4 completely new holes, and changes to several existing holes.
Whether you've played this course before or you've never had the opportunity, now is the time to see what we've done! We’re working hard to make this course a premiere destination for the area. We hope you like it!

Registration Cost
$80 per TEAM for Open Division
$80 per TEAM for Am Division
$60 per TEAM for Rec Division
$60 per TEAM for FA Division
Optional $5 Ace Fund per PLAYER (collected in cash at the event)

Divisions are capped by the highest rated player on your team. (You can always sign up for a higher Division than your ratings if you choose)

Below 890 Rating: Rec
WE WILL HOLD TO THESE RATINGS. IF YOU SIGN UP FOR A DIVISION THAT IS LOWER THAN YOUR TEAM'S BEST RATING (UP TO THE MARCH 12TH RATINGS UPDATE), YOU WILL BE GIVEN THE OPTION TO MOVE UP OR WITHDRAW. THE APRIL 9TH RATINGS UPDATE WILL BE TOO CLOSE TO THE EVENT TO EXPECT TEAMS TO MAKE REGISTRATION DECISIONS, SO THAT IS WHY MARCH 12TH WILL BE THE LAST RATINGS UPDATE USED. WE APPRECIATE EVERYONE'S UNDERSTANDING IN MAKING THESE DIVISIONS AS COMPETITIVE AND FUN AS POSSIBLE. THANK YOU!
What You Need to Register
A Team Name
Emails for both players
UDisc usernames or emails (create a free UDisc account if needed)
- We’ll use UDisc for tee times and live scoring.
Payouts
This is an all-cash event! Each division will receive cash payouts via PayPal for those teams that place.
$10 per PLAYER of your registration in Am, Rec & FA Divisions will go towards a disc as a ‘player’s pack.’
Open Division will have 100% of their registration go towards the cash payouts.
Payouts are calculated based on a "1 team less than 50%" scale. (i.e. If there are 12 teams in a division, 5 teams will pay out). The only exception will be a division with 4 teams, in which case 2 teams will receive payouts.
Partner Policy
You must start and finish with the same partner.
No partner substitutions allowed after play begins.
Both players must be on time to avoid penalty.
No extra throws for missed holes.
DNFs for a single player will be a DNF for the team.
Event Times
Rounds will start at roughly 9am, and a round will typically take 2 ½-3 hours to complete. We will have a one-hour break for lunch after the last card comes in for the first round.
Confirmed final schedules will be posted closer to the event and are subject to change.
Rules
This is a non-sanctioned event, but we will still adhere to all PDGA policies and rules for competition. Failure to abide by these rules may result in penalty or disqualification from the event.
Refund Policy
The Troop Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Refunds will be issued 100% up to 48 hours before the event. After that we reserve the right to issue a partial refund. Requests made less than 24 hours before the start of the event may be subject to a partial or no refund.
