About this tournament

Welcome to the ultimate, unsanctioned 4-Man Cash Scramble at Fletcher Disc Golf Course! We are prepping the course to be an absolute beast—crafting one of the most challenging, fun, and unforgettable tournament setups you’ve ever thrown. Bring your heaviest hitters for two rounds of pure, best-shot shotgun action. Massive payouts, tons of prizes, and ultimate bragging rights are on the line. Grab your team, stack your deck, and claim your cash! Entry fee is $30 per player/$120 per squad. All players with PDGA numbers are required to enter their PDGA number upon registering even if it is expired.

Tournament format
- 1st round: Your squad will separate into two duos of your choice and play best shot doubles starting on different holes. Strokes for your team will be added together. (Example: Duo A shoots -7 and Duo B shoots +1. That is a combined score of -6 for the first round for that squad).
- 2nd round: Your squad will play best shot quads. Two quads will be paired up in a starting hole. There will be a shot clock of 1 minute per squad for tee shots to insure a fast paced round, so have your disc ready when your quad is up next.

Divisions
- Diamond Division= Team Average rating of 920+ or highest rated player rated 935+
- Gold Division= Team Average rating of 895+ or highest rated player rated 920+
- Silver Division= Team Average rating under 895 and all players rated under 900
- Players with no PDGA number will be given a 894 rating. If you have no PDGA but have an idea what your rating would be, challenge yourself and move up a division. Teams that are signed up in the wrong division will be asked to move up.
- Division placement is determined by your current rating at the time of the registration of your ENTIRE SQUAD and will remain unaffected by subsequent rating updates.

Layout
- Each Division will play their own mixed layout to suit their skill level.
- Layouts will be posted closer to tournament date

Tie Breaker
- Hole 1, 2, and 3 will be played on repeat with a twist

Player Packs
- Each player will receive a $5 Gravity Voucher, two raffle tickets for a chance to win some prizes, and two golden tokens for CTP throws to win a Disc Golf basket or cash. Each player is limited to one voucher.
- You can purchase extra raffle tickets. $5 for three tickets
- You can also purchase extra golden tokens. $5 for 2 golden tokens.

Ace Pot
- $3
- Ace pot will be split between all players that hit an ace during any round
- If no ace is hit, throw off: 1st place CTP 60% of Ace Pot, 2nd place CTP 40% of Ace Pot

CTPs
- Each Division will have their own cash CTPs
- There will also be CTPs for all divisions.
- CTPs are in play during both rounds

Golden Token CTPs
- 1st CTP: Basket TBD
- 2nd CTP: $70
- 3rd CTP: $40

Payouts
- Top 1 to top 3 teams will be paid out for every division depending on how many teams there are per division.
- Payouts will be announced on the day of the tournament.

Scorekeeping
- Scores will be kept on UDisc. One player from each team is responsible for keeping and confirming scores for both teams in that card. Players must have a UDisc account or must create one.

Refund policy

Players that withdraw before August 28th will get a full refund minus $5 processing fees. Players that withdraw after August 28th will not get a refund.
Ronaldo Sandate is responsible for all refunds and cancellations.
