Cohere Gathering, May 22 builds on the success of the Pumpkin Hollow Open by bringing Colorado disc golfers together once again for Cohere Gathering 2021. The event opens with a 2 round, 13 hole disc golf tournament (26 total holes) on the challenging tournament lay-out at the Pumpkin Hollow Disc Golf Course, a private 14 acre gem on the North Fork of the Gunnison. The fun, technical course features the full range of throws through apple orchards, an open field, and along the river with plenty of obstacles and OB. We will create a couple divisions the day of the tournament to ensure everyone has a chance to win prizes and have a great time. The top scores will receive cash prizes (tho please note, a good chunk of your registration goes to paying the band and entertainment). The overall winner will receive a Marksman Basket from Dynamic Discs. Each registrant will receive a disc with a collector's quality Cohere 2021 stamp designed by our festival artist, Franki Zinke, and your registration fee includes your ticket to Cohere Gathering (see www.coheregathering.com). That means you get free camping and a free ticket to Saturday night's festivities including live music by amazing bands--The Copper Children from Denver and Stonefed from Moab along with Paonia's The Frenquenzies.
