About this tournament

2 Rounds of 18 Holes at The Highlands at J. Travis Price Park.

This course is a monster. With large booming shots and a few technical shots, this course is sure to be a challenge, but a fun one for every competitor.

We will have a CTP and an Ace Pot.

We will be using PDGA Live Scoring for event for this PDGA sanctioned XC-tier event (the X simply means that we're designating this as a fundraising tournament)!

AMs will receive a premium player’s pack that will include a premium tournament hot-stamp disc (molds/manufacturers subject to change due to availability) valued at $25.

AM player pack guaranteed for first 50 AM players registering; otherwise players may receive a $25 gift card at the Discin’ Disciples Store in lieu of player pack.

AM merchandise payout will occur within 48 hours following event; gift cards will be sent within 48 hours following the event for use at store.discindisciples.org to the player’s registered email address.

-Trophies for 1st place winners of divisions of 3 or more (if registered on or before 4/11/25 will receive custom trophy at event.

A generous portion of funds from tournament will go toward offsetting expenses of purchasing bench(es) for park. In 2024, we were able to install 1 bench on hole 3. We plan to install the second bench from the proceeds of this tournament in 2025 as well as replacing the missing sign on hole 18!

If no Ace is hit for event, 50% of Ace Pot will be donated to the Discin’ Disciples ministry and remaining 50% will be donated to bench fund.

Refund policy

Discin’ Disciples is responsible for all refunds/cancellations/withdrawals.

We follow PDGA withdrawal and refund guidelines: https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/103

Official withdrawals from either the registered list or the waitlist, must be initiated by use of the “Request a Refund” link found in the registrant’s original registration confirmation email from Disc Golf Scene.

Entries cannot be exchanged/transferred to anyone else.

Waitlist competitors who do not get into the event will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus $10 handling fee.

Any competitor who fails to officially withdraw receives no refund and no player pack. This does not apply to waitlist registrants.
