The 5th annual Autumn Glory Open presented by 1010 Discs will be a one day PDGA B-tier event on Sept. 12, 2020.
The plan is to have a virtual players meeting Thursday evening before the event at 7 PM on the Facebook tournament page.
We will be using the PDGA digital scorecard system. We will have a paper scorecard option as well, but the card will be responsible for filling out the digital scorecard after the round. Link to PDGA instructions: https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=5&v=uLwjli9bC-g&feature=emb_logo.
The tournament will consist of two rounds. One round at the Latimer Lakes and the other round at Central Park DGC. The courses are roughly 15 min. apart.
Pool A will play Latimer first. All Pro divisions and Advanced will play the Latimer North course. The AM Masters will play Latimer South. The second round will be at Central where the Pro divisions and Advanced will play Central longs (white baskets). The AM Masters will play Central shorts (gray baskets).
Pool B will play Central shorts (gray baskets) first. That includes Intermediate, Recreational, and Jr's. The second round will be at Latimer South.
There will be $1000+ added to the pro purse!
The first 50 preregistered AMs will receive players packs provided by 1010 Discs. Rumor has it that part of the player pack includes a 1010 branded Tempercraft 32oz water bottle!
AM payout provided by 1010 Discs! We will be doing a virtual payout to comply with the cities wishes to keep down group sizes. Gift cards will be emailed to those who place Saturday evening!
Aloha Memphis will be set up vending food at Latimer. They specialize in Hawaiian food!
