About this tournament

Bomb Discs presents the 3rd Annual Kentucky Polecat Championships.
This is a two round, unsanctioned, shotgun start event. The first round will start promptly at 9am. There will be a one hour break between rounds for lunch. After round two, we will have an awards ceremony to hand out custom made trophies. We expect each round to go from two to two and a half hours. There will be a players meeting at hole 1 tee pad at 8:40am. There you can also find a card, like last year, everyone can make their own groups.
This event will take place at Shillito and we will utilize the twenty hole layout to the orange baskets which will all be in their short positions. Normal OB rules will apply, see UDisc to OB rules. Mandatories will be enforced on holes 16, 17, and 18 and drop zones will be marked.
Scoring for each round will take place using the UDisc app. Since this is unsanctioned, only one person is required to keep score.
The players pack this year will include an Innova Polecat. This year we have secured a rare plastic for the Polecat, color glow DX. You will be required to use an Innova Polecat for this event. You can bring your own, use the one in the players pack or bring a whole bag of Polecats if you nerd out like we do at Bomb.
Payout for pros will be cash, AMs will receive credit to be used at Bomb Discs.
CTP and ace pot are included with registration. $1 of the fee will go towards an ace pot and $2 will go towards CTPs on hole 1 and hole 9. CTP will be full field and will be in place for both rounds so everyone will have two chances to win at each hole.
This event will be capped at 60 players. We nearly sold out last year so do not wait until the last minute to sign up.
