BYOP Doubles event to honor and celebrate our beloved friend Cassandra Gentry

$40 a team with 3 divisions - Pro/Am/Mixed

All divisions will play an 18 hole layout

Pros will play Blue/Blue
Ams will play White/Blue
Mixed will play Red/White

Entry Fees will be distributed as follows: 50% payouts/40% Hangover Bowl Charity/10% Gentry Family

Last year 100% of the money raised went to Cass' family. This year her family didn't need or want the money but still wanted the memorial to continue. Becky Gentry requested that the money raised be returned back into the disc golf community and for Cass' friends to enjoy the day remembering and honoring her memory. After much discussion about what we could do with the money raised, it was decided that a portion would go to providing fat payouts and a portion would be donated to the Hangover Bowl charity. The Hangover Bowl was chosen because they donated to the Gentrys last year and have given back to many other disc golf families during times of crisis. It's a shining example of paying it forward and giving back to others and we are honored to partner with them. Although Cass' family did not want any of the money, we decided a small percentage should still go their way. Since then Becky has basically invested that amount or more by creating a memorable players pack, having custom trophies made, and securing some of the most epic raffle prizes ever. Thank you everyone for coming together to celebrate the spirit of Cass.
