Welcome to the 2026 Heart of Texas Tour!
EVENT INFORMATION
This event is a 2-day, 3-round C/B-Tier at Junction City Course and Junction County Course. Players will play two rounds of shotgun start on Saturday and one round of tee times on Sunday.
The first 140 players that register will receive a MINT HAT
Layouts:
A Pool (MPO, MP40, MP50, MA1) - Longs
B Pool (All other divisions) - Shorts
Course assignments will be posted once registration closes. Players will play one round on each course (City, County, Rodeo).

Gross Entry Fee - $75/player
Pass Through Fee - $18 (Am) or $20 (Pro)/player
Net Entry Fee - $55 (Am) or $57 (Pro)/player

Professional Net Entry Fee Breakdown
Professional Payout ($55)
$55 per player will be allocated to Professional Payout distributed via PayPal within 48 hours of the end of the event to the PayPal email provided during registration. $750 will be added to payout for professional divisions split evenly between the players.
Amateur Net Entry Fee Breakdown
Amateur Player Pack ($22)
Each amateur will receive a player pack that includes:
- Event Stamped Sublime Rodeo
- Golf Towels from Junction Tourism Board
- Free throw for the Throw Down the Mountain
- Additional items from our sponsors
Player Pack value is at least $60
Amateur Payout ($35)
$35 per player is allocated to Amateur Payout in the form of credit to onsite payout.
Trophies
The winner of each division will receive a trophy!
Golden Discs
Each event will have 5 Golden Discs available as prizes! Each Golden Disc will have the event stamp and can be redeemed for $50 in prizes at the Sprinkle Valley Invitational in December. You can earn discs in the following ways:
- 1 Golden Disc is an on-course CTP prize
- 2 Golden Discs are prizes in the post-event mini games
- 2 Golden Discs are "Golden Ticket" prizes in the raffle
Raffle
We will have a raffle on-site that will include 2 Golden Discs and some other awesome prizes! Tickets can be purchased during check in, lunch, and after the 2nd round. The raffle drawing will take place after Round 2. Raffle ticket prices are below:
- $5 - 1 Ticket
- $20 - 5 Tickets, 1 Golden Ticket
- $40 - 12 Tickets, 2 Golden Tickets
- $100 - 40 Tickets, 12 Golden Tickets
- $200 - 100 Tickets, 25 Golden Tickets
Golden Ticket prizes will include 2 Golden Discs and 1-2 additional prizes!

2026 HOTT Points
Players will earn points for every HOTT you compete in, and bonus prizes will be awarded based on the number of points they earn throughout the Series! The points breakdown is available in the Pictures section and here: https://www.hottdiscgolf.com/points-standings.
Additional prizes and tiers are shown on the graphic in the Pictures section. Prizes from the Points Series will be distributed at the HOTT Finale in December 2026.

Refund policy
Goose Promotions, LLC is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Goose Promotions, LLC will abide by the guidelines in the PDGA Refund Policy. All refunds are subject to a $10 handling fee.
7 Days Before the Event - Players who officially request to withdraw from the event at least 7 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus a $10 handling fee.
2 to 7 Days Before the Event - Players who officially request to withdraw from the event within 7 days of the start of the event will receive a 50% monetary refund.
48 Hours Before the Event - Players who request withdrawal within 48 hours of the start of play are not entitled to a refund. Players will receive a full refund (minus $10 handling fee) if their spot is filled from the waitlist.
7 Days Before the Event - Players who officially request to withdraw from the event at least 7 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus a $10 handling fee.
2 to 7 Days Before the Event - Players who officially request to withdraw from the event within 7 days of the start of the event will receive a 50% monetary refund.
