    8:00am - 8:45am

    Check in. This will be necessary for ALL PLAYERS! Amateurs may collect their players packs at this time.

    9:00am - 1:00pm

    Round 1. We have 2 different Pools for this event, but all players on the same course. I am giving my best estimate regarding the round length, which could vary. We will plan to begin Round 2 one hour after the last card is off the course.

    1:15pm - 2:15pm

    Lunch time. David Hooley has generously offered to make lunch on Saturday! Each plate comes with the option of smoked pulled pork or a beyond burger (plant-based), as well as baked beans, potato salad, a cookie, and water. It is $10 for lunch which will be available in registration. Please make sure you make a selection while registering so David can accommodate appropriately!

    2:15pm - 6:15pm

    Round 2 commences. I am estimating 4 hours per round on the cautious side, but it could very well be much faster. Event day decisions will impact these times, feel free to see Paige or myself at TC if you have questions!

    Awards! We will also be finalizing the end of season standings for our tournament series at this time. Just a reminder, only the top 15% of finalists in our series will receive a cash payout! Pros will still receive payouts via PayPal for the top 40% of finishers (at this event), which is separate from the end of series payouts. This event will run like a normal B tier with the addition of the end of season payouts.

Welcome to the 2025 Wild Rose Athletics Invitational! This is the finale of our tournament series that began back in April. Thank you to all that have participated, repped our gear, shared our tournaments, and everything else in our first year as a brand! We hope you have enjoyed our events so far, and will be sending out a survey at the end of the series, we want to hear what you thought! Suggestions for next year, what courses you liked, layouts, gear, etc... We also want to hear what you would change, what cool additions could be added, and any other adjustments or ideas you guys have. Our goal is to provide a fun, competitive series that is willing to push the boundaries for what tournaments provide, whether that is player packs, course layouts, competition....

As this is our flagship event, we are holding it on 2 days, across 3 rounds. Like the rest of the series, it is a B tier, with all of the same divisions open for registration. This event will be the last event that contributes to our series standings, in which we will resolve at the close of this event. If you have not participated in any of our events so far:

Points in this series are based on your top 3 of 4 events played. Points are assigned based on your placement in your division, and division size. Points decrease exponentially from 1st down to last, with first generating 100, and last receiving a minimum of 10. End of season payouts will go to the top 15% of performers. Division payouts are based on just the series fees from players within that division (for ex: if 10 players play MA2 at each event, $5 per player will be received, and the final pool will be $200 to pay out the top 15% of finishers. And yes, we are talking a cash payout for all divisions.)

Player packs: All players can select 1 item from each category, so all players will come away with 2 player pack items (2 pairs of socks count as 1 item):

B. 2 pairs of WR Compression Socks, Dallas Garber Signature Sunglasses, Wild Rose Hat
