Player check in - Check the PDGA Event Page (next to your name there) where you will see WHICH COURSE AND WHAT HOLE YOU START ON. STARTING COURSES: MA1, MA2, FA2 & MA40 start at Mayor's..... Juniors, MA50, MA60, MA70, MA3 start at the Ranch STARTING COURSE MAY BE SUBJECT TO CHANGE - But we are pretty sure this will end up being the plan.Check Player email going out after reg closes that confirms starting courses. PLAYERS PACKS that were not collected at the early check in Friday at Disc Giant will be available for pick up AT THE RANCH.

Players meeting. Checking to make sure you know where you are heading and to see if there are any questions (online players meeting video will have been posted earlier n the week to cover key items)

Check the PDGA Event Page (next to your name there) where you will see WHICH COURSE YOU START ON.
TEE OFF 9:00am sharp - make sure you are at your starting hole early. Groups will listen for “2 minutes” at 8:58 and “START” at 9:00 when play will commence.
PLAYER POOL 1 - will start at the MAYORS.
PLAYER POOL 2 - will start at Ranch.1:45pm - 5:00pm

TEE OFF 1:45pm sharp - make sure you are at your starting hole early. Groups will listen for “2 minutes” warning that will be signaled by 2 shorts blasts on the air horn at 1:43. “START” at 1:45 will be signaled by 1 long blast on the air horn when play will commence.
PLAYER POOL 1 - will play their second round at the Ranch.
PLAYER POOL 2 - will play their second round at MAYORS.5:30pm - 6:00pm
BIG BAD RAFFLE LIVE AT RANCH 5:30 APPROX START TIME - (winners do not need to be present to win- will also be live broadcast on Reno Disc Golfers Facebook Page). Be there to collect your prizes live OR collect them day 2 at Lizard OR later that week at Disc Giant (if you are local or in town, we don't ship raffle prizes).

TEE TIMES START AT 8am for round 2 at LIZARD PEAK (CHECK the PDGA event PAGE next to your name for tee time - they will be posted by 8pm Saturday night). MA60/MA70 tees first followed by MA50 with Junior then MA3, then MA40, then MA2 with FA2 and finally MA1. Trophies and am script payout will be awarded as divisions finish and their results have been finalized on the PDGA Event Page from the live online scoring.

About this tournament
!!!! $750 MINIMUM ADDED TO ADDITIONAL PAYOUT AND AM PLAYERS PACKS!!!!
Day 1 some divisions will start at the Ranch and some will start at Mayor’s Park then switch at lunch. Day 2 will be tee times at Lizard Peak playing the lower “Red” layout
EARLY PLAYER CHECK-IN will also take place on Friday, February 2nd between 2:30pm-4:30pm
BIG BAD RAFFLE
will go down Saturday after round 2 at the Ranch and be live televised on Facebook (don't need to be present to win, but winners must pick up prizes the next day at tourney central or within a week at Disc Giant). Win a special edition basket with custom DISC GIANT Graphics, a bag, loads of other stuff ***INCLUDING a pre release PROTOTYPE LIZOTTE TIME LAPSE - a luchadore mask, a pair of emergency disposable underpants, limited edition discs, collectibles, gear and more! You gotta be in it to win it folks!

NO CARD REQUESTS FOR ROUND 1
As outlines in item 1 of the participant waiver. Card/ Group requests are not allowed unless requested by a Junior player (Juniors must be accompanied by a legal guardian). Cards are determined for round 1 by division and assigned by the PDGA system (randomly). If you end up on a mixed card (some people not in your division) round 1- this was determined by the order that you signed up. The latest registrants will be subject to mixed cards if there are uneven numbers.

Event Pass-Through Fees include: PDGA Per Player Fee $3, Greens Fee/Park Permit $2 (Mayor’s, other courses use sponsored by Washoe County), Staff & Supplies $5 ($2 of which is assistant TD fee, $2 of which is TD fee, $1 Staff and Supplies covers items to gift to volunteers such as spotters, course setters, people helping with various aspects of event prep. Gas, reimbursement for misc supplies, any course equipment needs for repair, etc. will come out of TD fee and/or Staff and Supplies).
PDGA Live scoring will be the official method for scorekeeping
Am payouts will be in the form of script to Disc Giant. Some inventory will be on site to cash in after the final round for winners if participants are from outside the area and unable to make it t the shop to cash in.
TROPHIES for 1st place only in each division. A division must have three participants to qualify for a trophy. Tournament director will reassign participants in divisions of less than three to the closest comparable division with the exception of women’s and junior divisions.
