    7:45am - 8:30am

    Check-in
    This will be at the pavilion to the left of the Firehall. The firehall will be available to drop off your dish to pass and use bathroom facilities.
    During check in, you will pick up your mini, tshirt, and choice of disc (first come, first serve).

    8:30am - 8:40am

    Players Meeting
    Go over some guidelines and do a random drawing for who will be doubles partners for the round. We'll also assign starting tee assignments at this time.

    9:00am - 12:00pm

    Random Doubles Round

    12:15pm - 12:30pm

    Turn in Group Score Card at the Firehall

    12:30pm - 2:00pm

    Potluck Lunch and Basket Raffles at the Firehall:
    Bring a dish to pass before the round and leave it in the firehall during the round. We are providing water and other drinks, but there is no alcohol allowed in the Firehall. Each group will begin eating immediately after their round ends.
    There will be basket raffles taking place in the firehall after the round. Please participate as you desire! All support for Dustin's family is appreciated.

Please follow the detailed schedule above for Saturday June 10th, 2023 at the Houghton University Field of Dreams Course. Please Google directions for Houghton Firehall in Houghton, NY if needed. There will be a potluck lunch and raffles following the round, with more details above.

This doubles tournament is a non-sanctioned event that is open to all people, even if you've never played before. This tournament will be used as a fun time among all people to enjoy the sport of disc golf, while smiling and remembering Dustin if you had the pleasure of knowing him. Dustin loved getting friends and family out on random days just to enjoy a round or two. Any proceeds for this event will go to supporting Dustin Clark' and his fiancée' Erica's, 2 young children's futures.

By registering for this event, you will get a custom event stamped mini disc, a custom event stamped Discraft ESP disc (there will be 4-5 different discs to choose from), and a custom event Gilden Cotton T-Shirt. There are options when you register to remove these items, but the base cost of $10 will get you into the doubles tournament and get you a mini.

If you want a mini as a souvenir but do not want to play, please feel free to still sign up and pay the $10 to support the cause (remove extra items if you wish), as well as come for the Potluck Lunch and basket raffles at 12pm. Please sign up on this site as a non participant and pay for the items you wish to get.

We will do our best to provide everyone with the discs and shirts they desire, but if you want to ensure that you get these event products, please register here prior to May 14th. Some extra t-shirts and discs will be ordered if you decide to sign up late.
