About this tournament

This is a 1 day, 40-hole B-Tier PDGA sanctioned disc golf tournament. We will play two rounds of 20-holes at Ryans Course at Shelbyville Red Orchard Park. There will be a one hour lunch break between the two rounds.
This event is a PDGA Split Day event.
Saturday will host 82 Pros/MA1 players
Sunday will host 80 Ams.
Players can only play 1 day due to the event being under the same sanctioning agreement.

Added Cash: $1,800 Divided among all Pro divisions.
$50 bounty for the hot score of the day
An Email will be sent 48 hours prior to the event. This will serve the virtual players meeting with rules.
Early Bird Registration Opens at 7pm on Dec 3rd. Spots available per day 14 Sat/14 Sun.
Hole Sponsorship for the weekend $50 are available by contacting the TD. Sponsors get 1 early bird registration spot, logo for 1 hole, logo on the event shirt, and get 1 event shirt.
Spotters: 10 available each day. They will receive a custom event disc.
Regular Registration Opens Jan 7th at 7pm.
Registration will end March 16th at 7pm.
Ace Pool $5.00 (Optional): If no ace is hit during either round a 50/50 CTP on hole 12 will determine the ace pool winner. 50% to the player and 50% to the 2023 TOTD.

MPO: 1
MP40: 7
FPO: 15
MA1: 5
Waitlist: $5 that will be none refundable. If a player comes off the waitlist it will go to their event balance.
Players Pack:
All Ams will receive 1 premium custom discs, dryfit shirt, and 4 zipper pulls.
Free water and snacks will be included
Custom Trophies for 1st place in each division.
PDGA Live scoring will be used for this event. Instructions for accessing and using PDGA Live will be in the players email.

A second scoring method will be needed in additional to PDGA live scoring. UDisc is the preferred scoring method, but paper scorecards will be available upon request.
1st place ties: A sudden death playoff will occur using holes 1-6,18 loop until a winner has been determined.
All Open division payouts will be digital via Venmo or PayPal. All Amateur payouts will be handled by Bang A Chain. 45% from each AM division will receive payout. They will be onsite for immediate payout or vouchers will be available for their online store.
The 2022 MPO winner will get an early invite for the 2023 event.

Refund policy
Wendell Moore Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds and cancellations. There will be a $20 shirt fee taken from all refunds after February 15th, 2022. This event will use PDGA rule 1.03 for all Withdrawals and Refunds. The Waitlist will be $5 that will be non refundable unless it goes to your divisional fees.
