Te Umu Kaha Disc Golf and Timaru Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds and cancellations.
Players who officially request to withdraw from this event on or before October 16th will receive a 100% refund of their entry fee, minus PayPal fees and Disc Golf Scene fees
Players who officially request to withdraw from this event between October 17th and October 31st will receive a 50% refund of their entry fee, minus PayPal fees and Disc Golf Scene fees
Players who officially request to withdraw from this event between November 1st and November 14th will receive a 25% refund of their entry fee, minus PayPal fees and Disc Golf Scene fees
Players who officially request to withdraw from this event on November 15th are not entitled to a refund.
100% of any extras purchased will be refunded.
If spot is filled by another player from the waitlist, all refunds will be 100%, minus PayPal fees and Disc Golf Scene fees
