About this tournament

Just like last year, the 2025 Tecumseh Takeover (B Tier) will be a 2-day event. Ams will play on Saturday the 13th and Pros will play on Sunday the 14th. Lunch will be provided for all players on both days and there will be a floating ctp as well as a raffle on Saturday. Custom hoodies are provided for all players. Player packs provided by OTB East for Ams.

$55 per player will be allocated to payout. Pro payout distributed via PayPal within 48 hours of the end of the event to the PayPal email provided during registration. Added Cash will be distributed across all divisions

Refund policy

OTB East is responsible for all refunds and cancellations. OTB East will abide by the guidelines in the PDGA Refund Policy: https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/103

If a player withdraws from the event, they will receive the following refund depending on when the withdrawal request is submitted. You will receive a full refund (minus $10 handling fee) if your spot is filled from the waitlist:

30 Days Before the Event - Players who officially request to withdraw from the event at least 30 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus a $10 handling fee.

15 to 29 Days Before the Event - Players who officially request to withdraw from the event 15 to 29 days before the start of the event will receive either a 50% monetary refund of their entry fee or just the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping). In the case of a player in a Pro division for an event without a Pro player pack worth at least 25% of the Entry Fee, the TD will provide the 50% monetary refund.

2 to 14 Days Before the Event - Players who officially request to withdraw from the event within 14 days of the start of the event the TD has the choice to provide either a 25% monetary refund or just the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping). In the case of a player in a Pro division for an event without a Pro player pack worth at least 25% of the Entry Fee, the TD will provide the 25% monetary refund.

48 Hours Before the Event - Players who request withdrawal within 48 hours of the start of play are not entitled to a refund.
