9TH Annual Memorial Day Tournament brought to you by Cypress Discgolf Co.
THE TAKE IT BACK OPEN!
Huge thanks to Lone Star Discs, they hooked it up with 20 CTP discs of all the most valuable lineups. Be on the lookout for the CTP flags. All amateur players will be paid all winnings in merchandise from Cypress Discgolf Co shoppe. All Pro level players will be paid in cash via PayPal next day. TD report will be turned in subsequently afterwards. Please carpool to event if possible. Do not park in the grass!! You will be towed.
Per the usual we will have 2 rounds shotgun start at 9 am sharp of singles at Texas Army Trail DGC with those brand new, beautiful and shiny Mach VII baskets provided by Noble J and Matthew J
REMEMEBER PARKING IS AN ISSUE TRY AND CAR POOL IF YOU CAN. WILL SHUTTLE FOLKS FROM SHOP TO COURSE MORNING OF.
We will have 3 cash ctp paid before the round at TD HQ.
Will also have 6 disc CTP sponsored by LONE STAR Disc!

Overall caps supersede divs caps in some divisions
Division caps will be lifted 48 hours after registration opens. Disregard div caps after this.
Open spots will then be populated on 3 criteria-
1) Pools and available spots in appropriate divisions to fill cards of 4
2) Order of waitlist registration
3) Similar skill level
I do not know the chances of a player getting in from the waitlist.
I am not a clairvoyant, I cannot predict the future. Sorry and thanks !!
By registering for this event- I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ AND COMPREHEND THE "ABOUT" SECTION, THE REFUND POLICY AND ALL OTHER ASSOCIATED INFO.
Any player who asks a question clearly covered in "THE ABOUT SECTION" leaves themselves likely to chain out an ace, have a terrible rollaway and it's likely this player will receive the wrong order at Whataburger on the way home from the event.
Refund policy
CDG Co. is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
CDG Co. refund policy- $5 processing fee
Refunds should be requested through the confirmation email.
CDG Co. will refund any player in full (minus registration fees) if requested by email more than 72hrs before the start of event check-in.
CDG Co. will refund any player in full (minus reg fees) up to 24hrs before check-in ONLY IF we can fill the spot.
ALL drops within 24 hours of the event- players will receive entry fee value in merchandise at vendors convenience.
No shows forfeit entry fees.
exceptions can be made in certain circumstances.
