PARKING
Please park to the right of the driveway in the large open field. This will allow other park guests to use the facilities.
DIVISIONS
This tournament is an officially sanctioned XC tier tournament. This means that both players on a given team must meet the qualifications for their division based on PDGA guidelines. For example, if an 800 rated player and a 905 player are on the same team, they must play MA2 or above. If an am is playing with an open player, they must register in the open division. Basically, both players need to qualify for the division they are registering for.
SUMMARY
2 rounds 18 Holes Shotgun Start
We are finalizing some plans right now, but we expect to include a temp hole or two depending on the registration numbers.
This tournament will use the Official Rules of Disc Golf from the PDGA for play
This tournament is set up as a fundraiser to benefit the Jackson County Disc Golf Club a 501(c)(3) organization. All proceeds will go directly to supporting disc golf in and around Jackson County Florida at Citizen's Lodge Park and another course coming soon!

PLAYER'S PACKS + PRIZES + PAYOUT
You may opt out of the player's pack (you will still be entered in the CTP and long drive and long putt)- you're basically selling your player's pack back to the club for $15) - This will save $15 per player - Simply select the "No Player's Pack" option at checkout.
MPO and FPO divisions will play for 100% payout (plus a little added cash in order to round payouts up)
$20 from each entry fee for AM divisions will go toward payout. Payouts are provided as gift certificates to Sun King Discs and will be delivered through email. Payouts will be to the top 40% of pro and 45% for am dicision. No trophies will be provided in order to keep the payout as high as possible.
Player's Packs for Amateurs: $35 value per person
-- 1 disc from a selection of MVP and Dynamic Discs
-- 1 Citizen's Lodge Park custom towel with a map of the course on it (or a mini or other small item if you choose)
-- All am players will be entered in the CTP, long drive, and long putt with prizes provided by Sun King Discs
-- All players will be provided with a 10% off discount code to use at Sun King Discs from the time they register through Aug 16. Use the code to gear up for the tournament!
REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Need at least 2 teams per division - If you would like a division that is not available, please let me know. I will trim empty divisions based on current registration 1 week before the tournament.
LAYOUTS
Both the long (A, BLACK) and short (B, RED) basket positions will be installed during the tournament. Different divisions will play different tee and basket locations as noted below. These layouts are currently in UDisc as well.
MPO, MA1 - Long tees to BLACK (A, long) baskets
MA2- Long tee to RED (B, short) baskets
MA3 - Short tees to BLACK (A, long) baskets
MA4, MA50 - Short tees to RED (B, short) baskets.
FUNDING
This is a breakdown of the fees associated with registration as required by the PDGA. Be aware that I as a tournament director make no profit from the tournament at all. Any fees listed below that would go to a director or would profit an individual are donated directly to the Jackson County Disc Golf Club a 501(c)(3) organization.
AM value
--$2 per player PDGA fee
--$2 per player TD fee (donated directly to the Club)
--$20 per player to payout
--$29 per player to player's pack
--$6 per player for CTP's and other prizes and items
--Total provided value is $59 at the minimum
Pro Value
--100% of pro entry fee will be paid out as cash

REFUNDS
The Jackson County Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds/cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the PDGA refund policy 1.03 in the Competition Manual.
All withdrawals may be subject to a handling fee not to exceed $10.
Hole Sponsorships are non-refundable after signs have been printed.
Withdrawal refunds (minus handling fee)
> 30 days prior - 100%
15-29 days prior - 100% if spot is filled by someone else, otherwise, 50% or no refund if you wish to pick up your player's pack
< 14 days prior - 100% if spot is filled by someone else, otherwise, 50% or no refund if you wish to pick up your player's pack
48 hours prior - no refund, player's pack pickup available
No show - no refund, no player's pack
If a division is vacated due to lack of participation, all participants will be notified and allowed to either change divisions or receive a 100% refund with no handling fee within 72 hours of the change of division notification.
