About this tournament

Course and Layout
For the return players we will be having a new course this year ! There will be some shorter tees for those looking for a shorter experience and some adjusted pars for those looking for a good introductory disc golf experience.
Update 22/06
I have put the course down to 2 layouts 'purple' and 'yellow'. rather than having long tees and adjusted pars for some layouts, im keep the layouts the smae pars as the differences would have affect only 1 or 2 holes. With that in mind
Purple layout - approx 2450m Par 64 = Pro Divs, MA1/2/40/50
Yellow layout - approx 1885m Par 59 = MA3/60/15 & FA40/50/15
Practice.
For friday the course will be open for practice from about 1pm. This will be shared use with ball golfers and tournament staff will be installing it as we go. Please give ball golfers the right of way and refer to hole notes re mandos/OBS etc as some of these wont be installed until after baskets, tees etc
The course will be open from about 8am (Sat/Sun) and will close approx 530
Rounds & Format.
All rounds will be shotgun start. R1 will be TD Draw with some mix of A&B Tees. Please ensure that A Tees throw first and then advance to B Tees. B Tees can act as spotters. R2&3 will be seeded by division and or score.

We would like everyone to support our local supporters for lunch Oasis Cafe & Four Square. We will send out an order form for lunch to be filled out so we can give them heads up and have them ready for us.
Accommodation.
There are a number of motels in town and a Top 10 Holiday park. Please support them, if you stay there then please let them know you're in town for the disc golf ! it has gotten discounts every year !

Refund policy
Full refund less PayPal, dgs fees and $5 refund handling fee is available to all fully paid registrations until 7pm 2nd June 2025.
All Refunds requested between 7pm June 18th and 7pm June 22nd are eligible for 75% of entry fee, and 100% of any extras purchased, less PayPal and dgs fees, and a $5 refund handling fee.
All Refunds requested between 7pm June 22nd 2025 and 7pm June 28th 2025 are eligible for 50% of entry fee, any 100% of extras purchased, less PayPal and dgs fees, and a $5 refund handling fee.
No refunds are applicable after 7pm June 28th 2025
