  10:00am - 2:45pm

  Springfield Park will be set up for a family friendly disc golf tournament starting from 10am
  
  When you arrive, head to disc golf HQ and collect a disc of your choosing. Then head to the practice area to get ready for the scored round. There will be a net to practice big throws and a couple of baskets to dial in your 'putting' (the short throws into the target)
  
  When you have finished practicing, you can take on the specially designed, family friendly course laid out around Springfield Park.
  
  Every hole will have a 'spotter' (someone to show you where to go and help find lost discs)
  
  Once you've finished your round, head back to HQ to hand in your scorecard/s
  
  You can try the course a maximum of 3 times. One round will take approx. 15-25mins.
  
  There will be toilet facilities in the community centre and also a few light refreshments for players and gallery members.
  
  We encourage people to stay a little longer to watch and encourage others around the course. There will be designated areas around the park to watch from.
  
  At 2.45pm, we will hold a prize giving ceremony in the community centre hall.
