About this tournament
The Spring Wide Open will be a Grow Disc Golf $5k/$10k Ace Challenge Event!
What does that mean? Players will have a chance to win either $5,000 or $10,000 if they throw an ace on the designated hole during the designated round!
There will be no in-person players meeting. All information will be sent via email, so you must sign up and pay through disc golf scene and leave a viable email address when you sign up. We will also have a Facebook/Event page to share information.

All payout for pros will be payed via PayPal. All Ams will receive a premium player pack as a part of their entry.
IMPORTANT: All Novice and Junior Divisions are TROPHY & PLAYER PACK ONLY. Meaning, there is no additional payout for placing. They will, however, receive a larger player pack than the other divisions.
$10 Fee for Non-Current PDGA members. This event is after February, when most 2020 memberships expire, so you will be charged a $10 non-current fee. You may either:
1) Renew your PDGA membership prior to registering.
2) Register and pay the extra $10, then renew before the event. After you renew, contact the TD for a refund of that $10.
3) Register and pay the extra $10, renew, and not contact the TD. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED IF YOU RENEW PRIOR TO EVENT AND DO NOT CONTACT TD.
4) Don't renew, just pay the extra $10 and have a great time.
$10 From each player will be pooled for green fees and charitable donations.
$3.50 will go to Camp Hope-Houston benefiting local veterans suffering from PTSD.
$3.50 will go to E.D.G.E. -- helping students understand the importance of math, science, citizenship, fitness, nutrition, and environmental studies.
$3 go to Spring Valley green fees.

2021 Spring Wide Open Cancellation Policy
PLEASE READ – IMPORTANT!!
Entries cannot be exchanged/transferred to anyone else.
Players packs will not be received if you are not physically able to check in. ID required.
Aside from parents of Junior Division players, Players cannot pick up player packs for anyone else.
Players packs will not be given to anyone who withdraws.
Wait list players who do not get into the event will receive a 100% cash refund minus the processing fee from DiscGolfScene.com
Official withdrawals must be made to [email redacted] or submitted through DiscGolfScene.com's PayPal.
Any cancellation before March 15 will receive a full cash refund minus a $10 processing fee.
Cancellations between March 15th through April 1st will receive a full cash refund minus a $10 processing fee ONLY if your spot is filled from the wait list. If the spot is not filled, you will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations from April 2nd through April 5th will receive a full cash refund minus a $10 processing fee ONLY if your spot is filled from the wait list. If the spot is not filled you will receive a 25% cash refund.
Cancellations after April 6th will receive a full cash refund minus a $10 processing fee ONLY if your spot is filled from the wait list. If the spot is not filled, you will receive no refund.
Any player who fails to officially withdraw receives NO refund.
