About this tournament

Welcome! This will be our first B-tier of the year. This is also the first time we are partnering with Westy Acres Disc Golf! We can’t wait to bring you more awesome events together in the future.

There will be two rounds with tee times, one at Oak Ridge on Saturday and one at Westy Acres on Sunday. Please, everyone, arrive and check in at least 20 minutes before the tee time. This will allow us to adjust if necessary.

Round 1 TBA - Will be posted before the event after registration closes.
Round 2 will be posted Saturday night.

REGISTRATION AND SPONSORSHIPS
Early registration will be available for hole sponsors and Oak Ridge Disc Golf Club lifetime members. Players in ladies divisions will also be able to register one day earlier than general registration. Hole sponsor names will be featured on tee signs - please specify a name to put on the sign when you fill out the registration form.

AM PAYOUTS
Disc Golf 978 will have the trailer on site and will handle AM funny money, as usual. We are hoping to have a small AM players pack as well. There will be trophies for first place in each division with three or more players.

There will be a cash random dubs round on the Westy glow layout Saturday night after the completion of round one.

Camping will be available for Saturday night at Westy Acres near the Farm 9 layout. A limited number of RV / Van / Trailer sites are available for a $15 donation. Walk-in tent camping sites will be available for a $5 donation. Plan on carrying your gear approximately one holes length to the tent area.

The camping area has a separate vehicle access from the course and is adjacent to hole 17 of the Westy casual layout. The address will be included in the information emailed to participants.

A porta-potty will be available near the camping area at Westy Acres. Camping setup can happen anytime starting Friday afternoon (5/19).

Players Meeting: Players will receive an email with all event information.

Awards: Approx. 15 minutes after last card is in on Sunday at Westy Acres.

Refund policy

Franklin County Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. We will follow the PDGA rule 1.03 Withdrawals and Refunds. Please read the rule. No refunds will be issued within 48 hours of the event.
