Day 1 Saturday – August 29
Location: Willow Valley Disc Golf Course (Richmond, RI)
• Round 1 – 9:00 AM (shotgun start)
• Round 2 – Afternoon (shotgun start)
Two full rounds on Day 1 to establish the leaderboard heading into Championship Sunday.
Day 2 Sunday – August 30
Location: Preston Ridge Vineyard (Preston, CT)
• Round 3 – Final Round (scheduled tee times)

The final round will take place at Preston Ridge Vineyard, providing a unique and scenic setting to close out the event.
• Tee times will be assigned by division and score, with lead cards teeing off last.
• Showcase-style final round atmosphere
• Awards ceremony and trophy presentation as each division finishes

Entry Fee includes the following pass-through fees:
· $4 PDGA fee
· $4 TD fee
· TBD Greens fee
· $2 NEFA Points Series fee

• All standard PDGA divisions offered (if your division is not offered, feel free to request it)
• Division caps may be adjusted based on registration

Players are expected to:
• Use a mini marker when applicable
• Follow proper putting rules (no falling/step putts inside 10m)
• Keep score using PDGA Live Scoring
• Verify scores at the end of each round
Any rules questions or issues should be brought to the TD immediately.

All refund requests for SNEDGO events will be handled in accordance with PDGA Competition Manual 1.03 – Withdrawals and Refunds.
• Players who request a withdrawal within the refund-eligible window may receive a refund of the entry fee, minus up to a $10 handling fee.
• Late withdrawals, particularly when there are no players on the waitlist to fill the vacated spot, are not guaranteed a refund and may be denied at the Tournament Director’s discretion.
• Day-of withdrawals and no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
• Fees charged by DiscGolfScene, PayPal, or other payment processors are non-refundable.
• Donations made to SNEDGO are non-refundable.
• Players who remain on the waitlist and do not gain entry into the event will receive a full refund of their entry fee (excluding any non-refundable processing fees).
