About this tournament

The 2023 SAC will be held over Labor Day weekend, Sept 2 - Sept 4. Be a part of the historically largest event in Florida. Three rounds over three days, PDGA A-tier event. The event is a true amateur event and will include high value players packages. You must be PDGA current to register.

The SAC will be held on the four courses at Bill Frederick Park and Barnett Park. Each participant will play three rounds, each with a tee time on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Your course schedule will depend on your pool assignment. Please review the 'Pictures' section of this registration page to review the current course and pad assignments. Please be at the starter location 10 minutes prior to your assigned tee time.

A electronic players guide will be send to the registration email mid-week before the event. This will replace a traditional players meeting. Please read this guide as it will contain course maps and OBs, along with all pertinent information you will need to enjoy the event and activities.

Players pack pick-up will only be available at HQ at Bill Frederick Park. These can be picked up on Saturday and Sunday - whenever you play at BFP.

Offered divisions will be open until Aug 1 at which point some divisions may be eliminated due to lack of registration. Apparel sizes only guaranteed for registrations before Aug 1. Per PDGA guidance, a minimum of 4 players are required for a division to be offered.

To withdraw from the event you must either use the DGS withdraw feature or email [email redacted]. Do not post in chat on DiscGolfScene for withdrawals. Registrant can add PDGA number, change divisions and other minor changes by using the link on their registration receipt.

Division winners will be awarded trophies at the conclusion of their round on the respective course. Any first place tie will result in a sudden death playoff that will be played indefinitely until the tie is resolved. Each course will have a unique hole playoff order.
All other ties for trophy positions will result in a sudden death playoff that will follow the same course specific order for three holes. Should this not resolve the tie, CTP on the third hole will be used to determine who is awarded the trophy positions.
