Players' packs will only be available for amateur divisions. The players' packs will consist of big-ticket items: a Dynamic Discs Paratrooper Bag and a custom Grip6 belt!
Awards will vary based on final placing and division. Each division leader (both pro and amateur) will be awarded a plaque. In all amateur divisions, 2nd and 3rd place will be awarded a disc. In the professional divisions, payouts will be according to PDGA guidelines and payouts will be increased with an added pool of $1000!
We hope to see you this October!
Refund policy
Our refund policy for this tournament will be based on our players' packs. Our amateur players' packs will include Grip6 belts, which come in various sizes and will be ordered to fit each registrant correctly. We will close amateur registration on September 12th to order said belts and get the correct sizes for each registrant.
If an amateur player drops out of the event after September 12th, they will receive their player's pack instead of a refund, as we have already used their registration fees o procure the items for the players' packs at that time. Refunds will be available for all players dropping out of the event until September 12th.
However, if there is a player on the waitlist who would take over the spot of the player dropping out, we could in that situation issue a refund using the waitlisted players registration fees to issue a refund to the player dropping out, and their players' pack items would go to the new player.
Professional players dropping out will be issued a refund because they will not be receiving players' packs.
