Meal Options for Lunch and Dinner
The reason Meal options are separate is so you have the option to skip the Food Options and Bring your own, or go out in the town for dinner, but we don't expect many people will choose to skip out on the dinners. We have a lot of tasty food, and fun planned. If you choose to bring your own food, you are still welcome participate in all Lunch and Dinner Festivities. The Cottages do have full Kitchens.

Accommodation Details:
Alders Beach Resort is just a 5-minute drive from Smith Lake Farm and will be exclusively reserved for this event.
All 21 Beachfront Cabins are part of the Stay & Play package, providing an immersive experience for attendees.
Special evening events will take place at Alders on Friday and Saturday night, creating a unique opportunity to connect with fellow players and pros. Lodging are in 2 to 3 bedroom cabins with a mixture of Queen beds, Single Beds, and Bunks. We will do our best to bunk you with your buds for those wanting to come as a group, but shared rooms with cool strangers may be a thing! Bunk bed lodging potential! Fill out your lodging preferences during registration.

Additional Rooming Options:
- Limited Private Rooms available for an Additional $50
- Limited Private Rooms with Shared Queen Bed for 2 friends or a Couple (both participating) must be selected (at no additional fee)
- Limited Spots/Rooms with Shared Bed Available for Chaperone or Spouse that is NOT Participating. Must be purchased in advance while spots are available. Additional $50 (Will not be coming to Farm for the days of events and festivities, only staying in the cabin in shared bed with registrant.)

Refund policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy
• A $50 processing fee applies to all cancellations.
• If the event does not fill but still runs (minimum 60 participants):
• Full refunds minus the $50 fee are available for cancellations requested before April 15th, 2025.
• 50% refunds are available for cancellations requested between April 15th and May 1st, 2025.
• If the event is canceled due to insufficient numbers, full refunds will be issued.
• This is an at-cost event with a tight budget. We require a minimum of 60 participants to proceed.
• No refunds will be issued after May 1st, 2025, unless your spot can be filled by someone on the waitlist.
