Players head to starting hole. There will be no players meeting, instead the players meeting will posted on a google doc.
9:30am - 12:30pm
Round 1 Tee-off
1:30pm - 4:30pm
Approximate Round Two start time. Round two will start one hour after last card gets turned in.
5:00pm - 5:30pm
Awards ceremony and raffle approximately 30 minutes after the end of Round 2.

Smash for Cash at Windy Wilson is another fantastic tournament brought to you by Avalon Disc Golf with $500 added cash to the pot (the added cash will be distributed to each division!) This is a bring your own partner doubles tournament at the beautiful and equally harsh George Wilson Park in Mishawaka, Indiana. Avalon Disc Golf is hoping that you and your friends can come out for another fun, casual, tournament, with large CASH payouts to the winners! There will be CTP’s on every hole for the first round of play, as well as a players packet provided by Avalon Disc Golf which will be a custom Avalon Disc Golf towel and mini! There will also be an optional ace pool and basket raffle (24 chain basket will be the main prize, however raffle will include Avalon Disc Golf t-shirts, discs, and other items). Please note that a Google document will be posted with course information and specific tournament details, with hole assignments being posted on the Google document at by 8PM, August 28.
Format:
The tournament is an unsanctioned event of 2 rounds, 24 holes each, of best shot doubles. The top 40% of the field will get CASH payout. There will be 4 divisions available, MPO (Open), MA1 (advanced and intermediate), MA3 (recreational and novice), as well as a Mixed Division. There must be at least 4 teams in a division, otherwise they will be moved. Only ties for 1st place will enter playoffs. We ask that you do not sandbag, please play in your proper division. You will be moved if you are playing lower than your PDGA rating.

We will be doing cashless registration all through Disc Golf Scene, however if there is an unusual circumstance please contact the team at Avalon Disc Golf and we will work something out. The 1st 5 teams to sign up will get a free Avalon Disc Golf t-shirt! You will also have the option to purchase an Avalon Disc Golf t-shirt at registration (to be provided on the day of at check in). No refunds after 11 PM, August 28, unless extreme circumstances.
