About this tournament

IN MEMORY OF OUR FRIEND,
BRENT ANDERSON
This one-round C-Tier commemorates the life and memory of Brent Anderson #76693, who tragically left us in 2017.
This is a low-cost True Amateur Event for AMs and a C-Tier with a little added cash for pros. Moreover, $5 per player goes to the property owners; $2 per player goes to the PDGA.
We have this set up as a 2 player pool event to accommodate 144 players.
Pool A: Pro's. Ladies, Age Protected and Adv
Pool B: The Remaining Amateurs
Last year we used Tee Times, but that made it virtually impossible to give awards as folks left following their round. We will work to accommodate as many players as possible. We may look to get creative! So do use the waitlist where possible.
This is a contactless tournament, which means the following: (1) cashless registration and PRO payouts; (2) electronic-only check-in, hole assignments, and scoring; (3) players are to practice appropriate social distancing (keeping space between players, no physical contact with one another, touch only your own equipment).
Regarding the players pack for the AM's: We will have a tournament logo'd Discura DG shirt (UPF 50), 2 discs and a Whale Sac. The discs: 1 is a tournament stamped disc, the other a LoCo stamped disc. Pictures will be forth coming as the product arrives. Note: at a certain point, I will have to cut-off a final order for shirts. if add/drops continue, I may not be able to accommodate a differing shirt size (change). The players pack will be approximately worth a little over 2x the value of the entry.
Please note: there is NO SMOKING, DRINKING, or VAPING on the property, per the landowners.
FINAL NOTE: As of now (5/31/2022), the shirt order has been placed and no changes to the quantity will take place. I cannot guarantee a shirt for folks coming in off the waitlist as of now. Though, I can work something out with Discura if interested at cost.
