About this tournament

Join us for the Second Annual Chili Goose Doubles Tournament!
If you like Disc Golf, Friends, and Eating Chili, then you are exactly where you should be! Funky Flapjacks is joining us for breakfast!
Last year we played the 27 hole layout of the ORANGE course, but this year we are playing a NEWLY imagined 27 hole layout on the BLACK course in Flower City Park. This layout will add 9 holes (completely created by SGDG) to the original 18. We are proud of this new layout and believe it will hold up to the "Silly" name!
We will be playing one Round of 27 holes and then having a Chili Cookoff INDOORS!!! Be sure to select if you plan to enter a Chili into the competition when you register for the tournament.
The "UDISC" app will be used to keep score and view leaderboards. Please make sure you or your teammate have a free "UDISC" account and available on your phone during play.
There are 4 separate divisions (MA1, MA2, MA3 and MA4).
If you are curious as to which one of those divisions your team will fit best in, here is a super quick and over simplified rundown:
- MA1 plays as Expert
- MA2 plays as Intermediate
- MA3 plays as Recreational
- MA4 plays as Beginner
A “Play for Cash” option is available for MA1 players! Pay $20 for 100% payout to the top 40% of the player that elect this option! It should be a fun new addition to the SGDG Tournaments!
After play we will meet back inside the Floral Hall (Red Round Building) for a Chili Cookoff Competition. All players can prepay when they register for $6 a person "All you can Eat Chili" ticket. The day of the price will be $10. Players will be able to warm themselves up with, and vote for their favorite chili. Top 3 Chili Chefs will win some pretty "Silly" trophy's!
Make sure you are ready and have warmed up those arms. Get out to the course sometime soon to zone in on those perfect shots. Enjoy all that Flower City Park has to offer!
"Silly Goose Disc Golf" will have a merch table set up where you can purchase Hats, Discs, Shirts and more!
