3rd Event Of The Golden Spike Series. 2 Rounds of 18 holes at Sherwood Hills Resort in Sardine Canyon. This course is not for little babies who think 450 feet at Riverpark is a long hole. This is a temporary course set up on the mountainside with long uphill and downhill shots. Bring plenty of water and be prepared for a full day of disc golf that will require a drive, approaches, and putts instead of just a drive and a putt. Opean And Advanced will play the long tees and all others will play short. Caleb Wolfe and I are the masterminds behind the course. A special thank you to Sherwood Hills Resort for mowing fairways and allowing us to use their private land for this venue. Be prepared to bring water and food. Bring bug spray. Treat this like a day at Solitude. The resort chef will be cooking tacos for $2.50 and have soda available so that you don't have to run to town to get lunch. Also, the awards ceremony will be held on the restaurants top deck where food and drinks will be available. There is lodging available at the resort. Their website is www.sherwoodhills.com. There is paid camping at the Box Elder Campground 10 minutes away. There is also free campsites in that area too. We are hoping to have a good turnout to support Sherwood Hills' efforts to install up to two permanent courses.

Pre-Registration is available on this site and no refunds will be given unless the event either fills or you have someone to take your spot.

DIRECTIONS: At Brigham City, take the US-91 exit, EXIT 362, toward US-89/1100 South St. Continue up the mountain towards Logan on US-89/91 for 12.6 miles. You will see a golf course on the left as you make your final decent down the pass. The entrance to Sherwood is on the left. Follow the road to the resort, we are in the highest parking level all the way to the west. There is a $5 parking fee, but as long as you park in the disc golf parking lot (west), your registration covers this fee.

CTP's and Ace Pots are not included in your registration. Only those who sign up for CTP's and Ace Pot can compete in these alternate events. You only compete for CTP's within you division and they pay out cash. If more than one Ace is hit, its split out equally. Its $2 for the Ace Pot. For Open Divisions, its $5 for CTP's, $4 for Advanced, and $3 for Intermediate. That includes women. Hope to see you all out!
