About this tournament

Transparency alert: This year’s Temporary course will be using Holes 7-12 area from the original layout of years past with possible tweaks.
We will not be using the holes around the community center and the lake.
The new layout will include the Vinny Links Golf Course, which will be Disc Golf only for the event.
NDGS is excited to bring this new addition to the Tournament and are sure the players will enjoy it.

Practice Rounds Friday before the Tournament will be $14, if the Ball Golf Course is open.
If the Golf Course is closed, there will be no charge.

Edit: We were dealt a curveball today 11-20, if the Vinny Links is open at Tournament time, there will be a $16 Player Fee taken out of each entry that will go to the Golf Course.
Friday Practice rounds will be $14 that also go to the Vinny Links. If by chance, the Vinny Links is closed as we were originally told. Both the Player fee and Practice round fees will not apply.

The following fees will be deducted from PRO entry fees:
$3 - PDGA fees
$3 - TD fees
$2 - Permit Fees
Edit: Payout/Player packs will be impacted $16 if the Vinny Links Course is open at Tournament time.

-Payout will be sent via PayPal or Venmo

The following is also deducted from AM entry fees:

Refund policy

Nashville Disc Golf Store is responsible for all refunds and cancellations.

100% refund 30 days or more from the Event.
50% refund 14 days or less from the Event.
25% refund 7 days or less from the Event.
No refunds day off or for no shows.
