ABOUT THE TOURNAMENT

Two rounds of singles @ Widefield Community Park, Colorado Springs, CO

Hosted by Seth's Old Time Disc Golf

TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE:

1st round : Check in at 8:30 a.m
Players meeting at 9a.m
Tee off at 9:30a.m.

Lunch Break : The second round will not be beginning until 2p.m. That will allow plenty of time for all players to get something to eat, and re-energize for the second round. We will have pizza on site to buy while on the break, and some fun, and games to enjoy as well.

2nd round: Check in at 2p.m
Players meeting at 2:30
Tee off at 3 p.m.


PARKING: We encourage carpooling to this event, that way we have more space available to use for the fun, and games. Parking off Kokomo st, at the very end turn left into the field to park, and parking off of Hole 1 are both acceptable.

TEE ASSIGNMENTS: All women, Juniors, and Rec Men will play from the shorter tee pad on Holes 1, 3, and 18. All other players will play the standard marked tee pads.

Out of bounds line is part of the out of bounds area.

GENERAL OUT OF BOUNDS:
- Water in or over
- Sidewalk on or over
- In any yard / over any fence

MANDATORY:

Hole 8 - Mando left of the wooden sign posted on the tree. If missed re-tee
Hole 11- Mando left of the wooden sign posted on the tree. If missed re-tee

HOLE BY HOLE OUT OF BOUNDS:

Hole 1 - Over or on sidewalk behind the basket.
Hole 2 - Over or on the sidewalk behind the basket.
Hole 3 - In the creek
Hole 4 - Passing over the creek or in the creek, or over a fence
Hole 5 - Passing over the creek or in the creek
Hole 6 - Over the fence
Hole 7 - Passing over the creek or in the creek, or over a fence
Hole 8 - Must make the mandatory, re-tee if missed, Passing to the left side of the creek or in the creek or over a fence
Hole 9 - Passing over the creek or in the creek
Hole 10 - In the creek or over a fence
Hole 11 - Must make mandatory, re-tee if missed, Passing to the left side of the creek or in the creek, or over a fence
Hole 12 - Passing over the creek or in the creek
Hole 13 - On or over the sidewalk
Hole 14 - Passing over the creek or in the creek
Hole 15 - Over or on sidewalk behind the basket, or over a fence
Hole 16 - N/A
Hole 17 - Passing over the creek or in the creek
Hole 18 - Passing over the creek or in the creek

ALL OUT OF BOUNDS WILL BE PLAYED FROM THE POINT WHERE THE DISC LIES


REFUND AND CANCELLATIONS:
June 22nd - July 13th: Contact us on these dates for a full refund of entry fees minus a 10% handling charge
No call-no show: No cash refund will be given.

PAYOUTS: TBD Pro Division will be paid cash day of, Am division will be paid out in merchandise on site from Seth's Old Time Disc Golf. Possible added cash to pro division. Am divisions will receive a players pack discs as well. Trophies for the 1st place winners, and Junior players.

TEE SPONSORSHIP:

Your 50$ tee sponsorship includes a Tee Sign bearing your name/ your company's name, and you will be mentioned as a sponsor in our player's meeting the morning of the tournament.
