Pros need to contact me on how you want to receive payment. Options include:
1. One check picked up at store
2. Two checks picked up at store
3. One check mailed to a single team member.
4. Two checks written (payable) to each member but mailed to one address.
5. PayPal Goods & Services (players pay fees)

Please be aware, amateur payouts were not deducted from the tournament revenue. It was donated by Maverick Disc Golf.
Amateur player packs cost was deducted at 2/3's the cost of wholesale prices. (i.e. much below our actual cost)

Amateur Merchandise payout options - please respond on how you want to redeem. Options are:
1. Paid to one individual (good if one person paid the full entry for both players)
2. Split between the two players (good if you each paid your own half)
3. Redeemable in person at Maverick Disc Golf in Olathe
4. Discount code to be used online and shipped (discount codes will not cover shipping expenses)
