Schumaker Rules of Play
• Mandos marked with arrows indicate the direction the disc must travel around the marked tree
• Mandos are on holes 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 9, 16 and a double Mando on hole 11
• If the Mando is missed from the Gold Tee, re-tee from the Red Tee and add 1 penalty stroke
• If the Mando is missed from the Red Tee, re-tee and add 1 penalty stroke
• If the Mando is missed from a subsequent shot, re-tee from that lie and add 1 penalty stroke
• Out of Bounds (OB): The pond, parking lots and road (the concrete curb is considered road), island in the road by hole 5 & 6, and marked property line past hole 14.
• If the tee shot goes OB from the Gold Tee, either re-tee from the gold tee or throw from where it went OB and add 1 penalty stroke
• If the tee shot goes OB from the Red Tee, re-tee or throw from where it went OB and add 1 penalty stroke
• Hole 3 from the Gold Tee, if your disc never crosses land from your drive, re-tee from the Red Tee and add 1 penalty stroke
• Please be courteous to all other park patrons and use spotters if necessary.

Hello Everyone

Just wanted to put out a little schedule of events before the tournament this Sunday March 10.

Saturday
2:00pm there will be a free clinic at Schumaker Park put on by the MDDGA and Myself (Kevin Gleason) featuring touring pro Zach Melton. There will be a Q&A while Zach plays a few holes.

7pm-9pm we will be doing a putt league at Evolution Craft Brewery in the back past the tasting room. 3 different divisions and payout in plastic for ams and cash for pros. $4.00 pint specials with a wristband.

Sunday (Be prepared for rain)
The tournament is almost full at 90. I choose to do 90 players because its the first day of time change and I believe everyone should have a spot. If the amount of players cause's a problem, all my future events will be 72. Check in from 7:30 to 8:30 at the Pavilion by hole 5 tee. Start around 9 am and everyone will be playing short pad to yellow basket. Second round MPO and Adv will play long pad to yellow basket. All other divisions will play short pad to red basket. The ADV will be playing for a USADGC qualifying spots. In years past the top 35% qualified. There will be 1 hour for lunch (not Provided).

MPO will be doing a stagger tee time start from hole 5 the second round to allow the other groups finishing there rounds to watch the top players play

There will be a ring of fire after the second round with prizes from myself, Chris Roberts, and Evolution Craft Beer.

All Pro payout 40% and the rest will be 50%. Trophies from my fathers company Signage Ind. will go to all first place winners and some second and third place.

Gatekeeper Media will be coming down from PA to film the MPO lead card

Later that night join us at Evolution Craft Brewing Company for a fun putting night with 5 different stations. Entry is $5.00 and there will be 3 different divisions. Payout in plastic and early registration for Sunday’s tournament
