Welcome back to Savannah for the third annual Savannah Harbor Shootout!! We are excited to have two sets of pads in place for this year's event. This is all happening because of your support!!

This is a long course and as such, we will be playing 2 rounds (1 each day) with tee time starts. This will allow us to have the maximum number of people in the event and give everyone time to enjoy downtown Savannah and recoup for the second round. The event will be trophy only for amateurs and 50% payout for professionals.

Tee assignments are as follows:
MPO, MP40, MA1 - Gold Gold
FPO, MP50, MA40, MA2 - Gold Blue
MP60, MA50, FA1 - Blue Blue
MA60, FA2, MA3 - Blue Red
All other divisions - Red Red

Players Packs:
AM Players pack retail value for this year's event is approximately $160.00 and will include the following:
(1) - Hoodie tee w/ PDGA#
(1) - INNsulated Mug
(1) - Chalk Bag
(1) - Glow Mini Marker Disc
(2) - Halo Star Plastic Disc's
(1) - $15 Voucher for Perception Disc Golf (Onsite Vendor)
(1) - Burgers, Brats and Beverages (Saturday Only)

Pass Through Fee's:
Along with the player packs. pass through fee's are as follows:
(1) $10 Course Fee - Unlimited disc golf Friday, Saturday and Sunday December 13-15
(1) $5 Utility Fee - Facility Rentals, Hydration Stations, Etc.

Cash CTP's:
There will be cash CTP's available during the first round of play for those who buy-in. These will be spread out between groups playing the same pads.

Ace Pot:
All holes are active for the ace pot and in the event several are hit they will be split between the group. You must buy-in to be eligible. If no aces are hit, the money will roll over into the next event at this property in the form of added cash and/or cash CTP's.

Raffle:
We intend to have a raffle this year and would like to close those sales Sunday morning so we can draw tickets while people are on the course. This will allow everyone the opportunity to travel home as soon as they are finished as we won't be having an award ceremony but will instead recognize the winners as divisions finish. The money generated from the raffle will be used to support our friend Shannon Payan with her battle against cancer.

Lodging:
The Discount code is G1J as well if you want to enter manually on the hotel page. this will work at the Westin Hotel on site.

Beyond that, there are several hotels in the downtown Savannah area as well as some cheaper locations in nearby Pooler.

Camping:
Camping will be available this year on a trial basis with Westin. We have the following options available for camping:

20' x 40' spot, 50A power, paved - $35 per night
20' x 20' spot, paved or grass - $25 per night

We have several spots available, but we want to keep this fairly limited to see how it all works out in this trial. Additionally, there are campgrounds fairly close in South Carolina. I don't have particular recommendations but suggest a Google search for campgrounds near Hutchinson Island GA. That brought back several I wasn't aware of.

Vending:
Perception Disc Golf will be our on-site vendor this year. You'll be able to use your gift voucher either day, during the tournament. If you're not familiar, Perception has a wide variety of several different manufacturer's disc's all meticulously cataloged. I'm certain you'll find something you like in the collection they bring.
